About this Role
- GTM Field Request Triage: Manage incoming requests and address common field support needs such as reporting, tool support, etc.
- Preliminary Discovery: Conduct preliminary investigations and gather necessary information for moving requests forward. Assist in identifying internal areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
- Tool Support: Provide troubleshooting, tool audits, bug fixes & updates, and impact analysis for new features.
- Project & Program Support: Assist in various projects and programs, including SAO approvals, account changes, Asana tasks, and ad hoc project support.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales support processes, request investigation, and general troubleshooting techniques.
- QA & Testing: Conduct quality assurance and testing activities for reporting, tools, and other relevant processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take proactive action to address issues.
- Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Provide efficient and effective support to ensure smooth operations for our sales teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or an equivalent role
- Proven success driving operational support and strong collaboration skills and high emotional EQ
- Able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the capacity to make informed decisions
- Proven track record of implementing and executing processes and procedures that can scale as business grows
- Energetic team player that can partner with other leaders on the team while diving in with front line individuals
- Excellent communication skills both up and downstream
- Ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions and execute
