Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Architecture & Workflow Engineering: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end software workflows and automation across the entire GTM stack (CRM, Data Enrichment, Outreach, Conversational AI, RevOps). Integrate LLM APIs, autonomous AI agents, and custom middleware into existing sales, marketing, and customer retention systems. Optimize data pipelines ensuring seamless flow between lead generation, intent signals, pipeline movement, and customer lifecycle data.
- AI Strategy & GTM Motion Innovation: Evaluate, benchmark, and implement emerging AI tools and frameworks to accelerate lead scoring, personalization, automated prospecting, and churn prediction. Transform manual GTM processes into scalable, programmatic AI-first workflows that reduce friction and increase deal velocity.
- Leadership & Team Building: Establish engineering standards, documentation, and best practices for AI-driven GTM infrastructure. Define the hiring roadmap for a future team of GTM engineers, AI integration specialists, and analytics specialists as the motion scales. Cross-functionally align with Marketing, Sales, Product, and RevOps leadership to translate revenue goals into technical specs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Software & Integration: Strong experience in software development (Python, Node.js, TypeScript) and API-first architectures.
- AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), and vector databases.
- GTM Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce), Revenue Intelligence (Gong, Apollo, Clay), and automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier).
Qualifications
Experience & Business Acumen:
- 5+ years of software engineering, RevOps, or GTM technical architecture experience.
- Proven track record of designing scalable workflows that directly impact top-line revenue or operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of modern B2B SaaS GTM metrics.
- Prior experience or clear readiness to lead and mentor direct reports.
- Key Metrics / Success KPIs
- GTM Velocity: Reduction in time-to-lead response and deal cycle duration through automation.
- Pipeline Efficiency: Increase in qualified leads/pipeline generated per GTM dollar via AI enrichment & outreach.
- Operational Scale: Percentage of manual GTM tasks successfully converted into automated AI workflows
Skills Required
