The Growth Specialist will generate pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies, support lead conversion, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams on campaign execution.

Build and maintain customer-facing product features across frontend and backend. Collaborate with PM and design, use AI-assisted tools responsibly, write maintainable tests, debug and improve production systems, and shape architecture and engineering practices.

Manage ~50 key enterprise accounts, develop account strategies, build pipeline, and execute sales cycles to maximize revenue. Collaborate cross-functionally.
