Growth & Operations Associate

We're building the compliance operating system for a new era. Our mission is ambitious and global — bringing clarity and automation to one of the world's most complex and underserved domains. We are a founding team that has done this before, and we believe AI has created a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform how companies understand, execute, and demonstrate compliance.

This role sits at the centre of how Freda operates and grows. You will work directly with the founding team across a wide range of initiatives — from scaling our go-to-market motion to tightening how we run the business internally. One day you might be building AI agents to automate parts of our sales process, the next creating an education library that helps our customers get the most out of Freda, and the following day building the operational infrastructure that lets our team move faster.

This is a role for someone who gets energy from moving fast, figuring things out, and seeing the results of their work immediately — someone who is just as comfortable defining the approach as they are executing it. You will have real ownership over the things you touch, and real visibility across the whole company. The scope is deliberately broad right now. As Freda grows, so does this role.

• Work across growth, operations, and go-to-market initiatives alongside the founding team

• Own projects end-to-end — from identifying the problem to building and running the solution

• Build and improve the systems, tools, and processes that help Freda move faster

• Leverage AI tools to work at a pace and quality that wouldn't otherwise be possible

• Bring structure and momentum to initiatives that are still taking shape

Background matters less than mindset. You might come from a startup, consulting, VC, or have taken an unconventional path entirely. What we care about is that you are a doer with excellent project management skills — someone who gets things done, who sees a problem and moves on it, who doesn't wait to be told, and who holds themselves to a high bar.
