Summary of the role:

A Partner Operations Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for optimizing the performance of the Partner Sales Organization. This role bridges the gap between strategy and execution by streamlining processes, managing tools and data, and enabling the partner team to operate efficiently and effectively. 

What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Partner with the Sales Executive responsible for delivering the partner revenue targets including forecast and QBR structure and cadence.  
  • Lead the design and execution of scalable partner processes and workflows.  
  • Develop and maintain AI forward and agentic systems, process and reporting.  
  • Manage CRM and Partner systems and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability, including compliance and audit readiness across partner-reported data.  
  • Support the development and execution of the partner program, partner business plan review, MDF management, partner agreements, and overall partner governance.  
  • Define and implement partner territory planning, quota setting, and compensation models.  
  • Partner with stakeholders in all aspects of the business both in home and partner only markets.  
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner and partner sales productivity.  
  • Collaborate with Deal Desk and Marketing Ops to streamline Lead to PO processes, including deal registration and conflict resolution.  
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data and trends.  
  • Support partner recruitment, onboarding, scorecarding, and training of partners and partner sales team members as needed.  
  • Ensure alignment between GTM strategy and operational execution.

Requirements

Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) and/or applicable work experience listed below 
  • Demonstration of AI forward thinking and development 
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
  • Strong understanding of software partner models, sales processes and GTM strategy 
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Proficiency in AI, Excel, SQL, and PowerBI 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively 
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization 
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics 

 This role can be based in Finland, Sweden or Norway (relocation is NOT provided).
