Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The Growth Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving demand generation, optimizing marketing campaigns, and supporting the overall growth strategy for our provider-focused initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in high-growth environments, particularly within the healthtech, SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities. Utilize various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative, copy, events, and marketing operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to align marketing strategies with business goals. Serve as the primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment.
  • Event Presence and Logistics: Facilitate the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staffing, to ensure a successful and impactful event presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the ABA therapy or Behavioral Health industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices.
