We’re a next-generation financial services company and national bank using innovative, mobile-first technology to help our millions of members reach their goals. The industry is going through an unprecedented transformation, and we’re at the forefront. We’re proud to come to work every day knowing that what we do has a direct impact on people’s lives, with our core values guiding us every step of the way. We are looking for a visionary strategist to bridge the gap between our Home Loans products and the modern consumer. You will be the architect of our social selling engine, empowering our Loan Originators to become digital influencers while elevating our institutional brand at major industry events. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role; you are a brand ambassador who uses data-driven market insights to build consumer confidence and drive loan volume.
Key Responsibilities
Social Selling Leadership: Design and lead the overarching social selling strategy for the Home Lending division to increase lead generation and referral partnerships.
Loan Originator Branding: Consult directly with Loan Originators to build their personal brands, optimize their social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), and ensure their digital footprint aligns with bank compliance and brand standards.
Omnichannel Presence: Develop the strategy for Home Loans’ physical and digital presence, including high-impact conference activations and proprietary hosted brand events.
Growth Strategy & Education: Execute campaigns aimed at building brand awareness and "Consumer Confidence"—translating complex mortgage concepts into digestible, educational content that empowers first-time and seasoned homebuyers.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify target demographics and emerging market trends, ensuring our sales strategy remains ahead of the curve.
Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the "face" of the Home Loans brand in public forums and internal stakeholder meetings.
Experience: 5+ years in Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Brand Strategy (preferably within Financial Services or Real Estate).
Technical Savvy: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, CRM integration, and digital marketing analytics.
Strategic Storyteller: A proactive professional who can translate complex market data into compelling narratives that resonate with modern homebuyers.
Influencer Coach: Proven ability to consult with and mentor high-performing sales professionals, helping them translate their expertise into a credible and compliant digital brand.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using market research and consumer insights to drive decision-making and pivot strategies in a fluctuating interest-rate environment.
Communication Excellence: Exceptional public speaking and executive-level writing skills, with the ability to navigate the nuances of a highly regulated financial environment.
Cross-Functional Collaborator: Adept at working across Sales, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory adherence.

What We Do
SoFi wasn’t built to be a bank. Or a technology company. We were built for one mission: help people achieve financial independence so they can realize their ambitions. Redefining an entire industry isn’t easy work—and it’s not for the faint of heart. It takes a certain kind of team. People with diverse perspectives and expertise, united by a common sense of purpose. People willing to challenge assumptions but always do the right thing. People proving that innovation and responsibility don’t have to compete, but can come together to create something truly unconventional in the world. For the last eight years, we’ve been charting this new path forward. We call it The SoFi Way. At SoFi, we don’t just talk about culture: we live it. The SoFi Way is how we show up every day, how we make decisions, and how we build for our members, clients, and each other.
