About Us

Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world’s best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.
Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.
1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.
We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.
Joining Legora means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.

  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback.

  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

About the role

We are looking for a sharp problem solver! You will be joining the Growth EMEA office as a paid intern for 3–6 months, working on the top priorities of the leadership of our commercial organization across EMEA. You will support the Chief of Staff EMEA and VP of Revenue EMEA in tracking business performance and solving whatever stands between the region and its growth targets. The scope is deliberately broad, from highly analytical work to stakeholder management and hands-on operational support, such as preparing leadership meetings, coordinating calendars, and running events, all of it contributing directly to growth in the region. This is a cross-functional role where you will work closely with the broader leadership team, and a rare opportunity to see how strategic commercial decisions are made in a hyper growth company.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify, evaluate, and solve any operational bottlenecks that keep the EMEA region from moving faster

• Prepare materials for regional leadership, including agendas, pre-reads, and business reviews, and follow through on the actions that come out of them

• Coordinate stakeholders across the organization to keep the region's priorities moving

• Plan and execute events and initiatives, both customer-facing and internal, that contribute to revenue growth

• Support the operating rhythm of the EMEA leadership team, including calendar and meeting coordination

• Own special projects end-to-end, including finding ways to simplify and automate how the region works, for example with AI tools

What You Bring

• Final-year student or recent graduate in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field

• 1-3 years of experience from a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g. scale-up, consulting, or similar)

• Strong execution skills and the ability to drive projects with multiple stakeholders

• High ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Attention to detail, whether the work is strategic or operational

• Comfort with ambiguity and a day that never looks the same
