The Growth Enablement Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales teams (Advisors Sales, Retirement Plans, Bank Trust, RIA, etc.) by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and training required to meet their goals. This position focuses on optimizing processes, curating enablement resources, and coordinating initiatives that drive productivity and efficiency.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our office location in Chicago, IL, Concord, CA, Encino, CA, or Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Enablement Content Management:
- Develop, curate, and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, slide decks, and other enablement materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all content is up-to-date and aligned with business objectives
- Training and Onboarding:
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new sales team members
- Schedule and support ongoing training sessions, workshops, and certification programs
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date and accessible
- Tools and Systems Administration:
- Work with Sales and Marketing Operations to manage the implementation and use of sales enablement platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools
- Train team members on platform functionalities and best practices
- Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to optimize enablement strategies
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, goals, and strategies
- Partner with revenue leaders to identify enablement needs and tailor solutions accordingly
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic), Value Engineering tools (i.e. Ecosystems), and analytics tools (e.g. Qualtrics)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with instructional design or adult learning methodologies (ADDIE model, backwards design) or adult learning methodologies is preferred
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a related role
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments is preferred
- Certification in enablement-related platforms or sales training programs (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) is preferred
Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$60,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
