Mentor engineers, lead technical design sessions, and partner with Data Science, Product, Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver governed, production-grade data products.

Supports executive LinkedIn thought leadership and corporate social media programs by developing content, coordinating compliance reviews and approvals, scheduling posts, managing workflows, and measuring engagement. The role also supports corporate communications, awards submissions, business meetings, bylines, press releases, website copy, and communications campaigns. It collaborates with executives, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate, compelling, and consistent external communications.

Build and lead AssetMark’s centralized enterprise IAM function, owning strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, compliance, and service delivery. Lead Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365, application access, privileged access, identity lifecycle, authentication, and data-access governance. Establish Zero Trust, least privilege, IGA, PAM, automation, monitoring, audit readiness, and regulatory controls. Manage IAM engineers and compliance resources while partnering with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, risk, audit, application, and data teams.

Own the custodial data and operations platform, including account, document, money movement, and custodial integration workflows. Translate advisor and firm needs into requirements, user stories, and prioritized features covering portfolio construction, model management, trading, reporting, analytics, and compliance. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology teams to deliver scalable capabilities, improve workflows, support adoption, and drive continuous platform improvement across multiple advisor channels.

Manages relationships with high-value financial advisor offices using the AssetMark platform. Provides personalized service, proactive training, operational support, issue resolution, and communication regarding platform initiatives and policy changes. Partners with service, operations, new business, and sales teams to improve advisor satisfaction and retention. Monitors trading exceptions, coordinates with custodians, supports process improvements, and occasionally travels to advisor offices.

Leads requirements gathering and develops scalable analytics solutions, dashboards, semantic models, and self-service BI products. Partners with Analytics Engineering on Snowflake canonical models, dbt transformations, data quality, testing, and migration from legacy platforms.
