• The position is responsible for providing technical support to Group Sales Support, Group Sales and other stakeholders regarding group insurance policies and procedures.

• Good attendance and punctuality record.
• Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in Group Insurance

• Graduate of Business Management or any related course

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Assesses risks exposures and insurability of prospect group accounts and recommends appropriate rating for accurate pricing.
• Sets appropriate premium rates, terms and conditions, including reinsurance, subject to delegated authority, if any
• Monitors and analyses emerging individual account and portfolio results and initiates rate actions and/or plan changes for profitability
• Management of risk via reinsurance to include dealings with reinsurer on day-to-day basis facultative cases and catastrophe insurance.
• Addresses issues and concerns in risk selection, benefit design, risk control and rate issues.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to implement new group insurance products and enhancements.

• Staying current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency in group insurance operation.

• Completes assigned special projects for the year following agreed timeline to be set at the beginning of the year (Team Planning).
