Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia)


About The Role
  • Define a world-class vision for the Enterprise Evolution group, based on market trends and strategic needs. Translate this vision into actionable roadmaps and partner with cross-functional teams for execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of senior product managers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, sales, customer experience teams, and senior leadership.
  • Drive focus and momentum within your teams to deliver impactful features that position monday.com as an enterprise-grade platform for years to come.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years managing product managers, with a strong track record of developing top-tier talent. Experience in high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Extensive experience building platforms that serve large customer bases.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with large enterprise customers. Comfortable engaging with the customer VP-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to shape product strategy from ideation to launch, lead go-to-market initiatives, and drive execution.
  • Skilled in setting and evolving strategic objectives using research, data, and industry insights in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams and confidently advocate for strategic choices.
  • Experience in SaaS is a strong advantage.
