Job Description

Rotork is looking for a high-calibre Group FP&A Senior Analyst to join our dynamic Group FP&A function. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality financial insight, drive board-level reporting, and provide strategic decision support across the Group.

As a trusted analytical partner to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in shaping how performance is understood and communicated at the highest levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Group performance reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity and relevance for executive and Board audiences
  • Contribute to forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning processes
  • Provide strategic analysis and insight to support business decision-making
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
  • Enhance FP&A capability through improvements to systems, processes and reporting frameworks
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise and compelling narratives

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent

You are an experienced FP&A professional with strong exposure to Group-level reporting and a passion for delivering meaningful insight. You bring:

  • Proven experience within FP&A, ideally in a Group or corporate environment
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes and outputs

Skills Required
