The Graphic Specialist is responsible for creating high-impact visual designs across digital, print, and packaging mediums. The role collaborates closely with clients and internal stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and deliver production-ready creative assets that align with brand guidelines while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and the internal creative team to conceptualize, develop, and execute visual design solutions.
- Design original graphics, illustrations, and layouts that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients, account managers, and the Creative Director.
- Prepare, pre-flight, and package files for digital publication, web distribution, and print production.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and software advancements.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and/or print design work.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, illustration, typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Comfortable working in a macOS environment.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Adobe After Effects is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, accountable, and able to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and solve complex creative challenges.
- Strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts, explain creative decisions, gather client requirements, and professionally manage client feedback.
