Your Role
We are OUTFRONT Studios, a creative team that operates as an in-house creative agency for OUTFRONT Media, the nation's leading outdoor advertising brand. Our Los Angeles team is a group that works with Los Angeles in addition to our other California and Nevada markets. Looking for someone who is as passionate as we are about affecting the real-life landscape in the cities we live in.
Your Responsibilities
- Ad design for local, regional & national clients
- Active contributor within the team dynamic
- Communication and alignment with senior designers
- Advocacy for effective design
- Meetings attendance — initial discovery & concept pitch with clients
- Work alongside senior designers and sales team to manage client relationships
- Motivation to learn and grow
Your Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of design best practices
- Team player who is motivated to grow as a designer and strategist
- A passion or curiosity in our medium, and it’s unique features and challenges
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The salary range for this role is $71,000-$75,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
