As a Senior AI-Driven Marketing Graphic Designer at Duvo, you are the hands-on owner of how the world sees Duvo. You translate complex AI and automation workflows into clear, compelling visual stories across static design, motion, video, and digital experiences.
This is not a traditional marketing designer role. We are looking for a senior, highly technical, multidisciplinary designer who is excellent in motion and video, but can also deliver across landing pages, website assets, banners, paid creative, product demos, launch videos, and sales collateral. You should be deeply comfortable working at the intersection of design, marketing, AI tools, and fast execution.
You will be the primary design force behind Duvo’s brand expression and growth-facing assets, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product. You should bring both strong creative judgment and a modern, AI-native workflow mindset.
What You’ll DoOwn Duvo’s Marketing Visual System
Maintain and evolve Duvo’s brand identity, including visual language, templates, and guidelines
Ensure consistency across all marketing surfaces: website, social, email, paid ads, decks, and launch materials
Define standards for typography, layout, hierarchy, iconography, motion, and storytelling
Help shape a visual system that is both high-quality and fast to scale
Create Across Growth Surfaces
Design landing pages, website sections, banners, email visuals, launch assets, and paid campaign creative
Build high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and event materials
Create scalable templates and systems that support faster content production across marketing and sales
Contribute not only to execution, but also to how creative supports growth and positioning
Create Motion + Video Content
Produce launch videos, demo videos, social-first video, customer story edits, and motion explainers
Turn product functionality and technical workflows into crisp, clear visual narratives
Collaborate on storyboards, scripts, rough cuts, and creative direction, while owning final execution
Deliver high-speed, high-quality video outputs in a way that supports a fast-moving startup environment
Build AI-Driven Creative Workflows
Use modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow to increase speed, quality, and creative range
Help define smarter internal workflows for AI-assisted creative production
Combine traditional design craft with technical experimentation and code-assisted creative methods
Stay current with the latest tools, workflows, and creative possibilities in AI-native design
Partner Cross-Functionally
Work with Marketing to align creative output with positioning, ICP, messaging, and campaign goals
Work with Sales to create persuasive assets that support pipeline and late-stage deals
Work with Product to build visual narratives and demos that explain how Duvo works without jargon
Operate as a creative partner, not just a design executor
Iterate Fast, Ship Often
Deliver rapid iterations for experiments across ads, landing pages, and campaign variants
Use performance feedback such as CTR, conversion, and engagement to inform creative decisions
Balance speed and craft: high-quality shipped is better than perfect but late
Experience
5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or digital design, ideally in B2B SaaS or startup environments
Strong proven work in motion and video
Experience creating across a broad set of formats, not just one area of design
Track record of owning visual identity and creative execution end to end
Strong preference for candidates who are already actively using AI tools in their design workflow
Skills
Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual storytelling
Strong motion and video execution skills
Ability to work across landing pages, banners, web assets, paid creative, decks, and product visuals
Strong understanding of how creative supports marketing strategy, not just aesthetics
Excellent command of Figma
Strong familiarity with modern AI-powered creative workflows and tools
Hands-on experience with tools such as:
Adobe After Effects
ElevenLabs
Remotion
Claude Code is a must-have, especially as part of code-assisted or AI-native creative and video workflows
Strong technical curiosity and comfort with design workflows that go beyond traditional tools
Ability to turn abstract or technical concepts into simple, persuasive visual narratives
