We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who will manage the day-to-day delivery of our visual assets with a goal of making the right content for the right channels and user segments throughout the customer journey.

👉 What you'll doThis is a high impact role. Your work will shape how people perceive Invity across every touchpoint of the customer journey.
Own the day-to-day creation and delivery of all key visual assets - from performance banners and social creatives to website visuals
Design across channels: email, social, web, paid ads, app store visuals, and event materials
Collaborate with our Brand & Content team to ensure messaging and visuals work seamlessly together
Create multiple visual variants to test for key campaigns to improve performance (A/B testing mindset is essential)
Own the design side of our website in Webflow, ensuring consistency and polish
Proactively improve workflows, tools, and AI integrations to scale output smarter, not just faster
You have at least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer and you know what makes a great visual
You have experience with creating visuals across various advertising and social media networks
You're someone who can work with a creative brand concept and reflect that into all aspects of our visual and motion assets
You’re a team player who understands the importance of setting and working towards common goals
You have an interest in crypto and modern technologies in general
You're fluent in English - our company is international and it’s our lingua franca!
You should be comfortable with or curious to learn:
Figma (layout, components, handoff-ready outputs)
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign
Bonus for social-first production workflows: CapCut and Captions (fast iterations, reels/short-form delivery with captions)
Intermediate to advanced Webflow skills (designing new pages, updating visuals, swapping assets, maintaining consistency); nice-to-have: Relume.ai for design system updates and wireframes
Experience with email design tools and templates: Stripo.email
Solid understanding of DTP principles and print export rules (formats, profiles, bleed, prepress-ready files)
Nice-to-have: HTML5 banner ads production and/or Lottie (vector animation export)
You don’t need to tick every box. But you should be excited to learn and improve continuously.
