Role Purpose:


The Wasabi marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a global brand that customers love. We focus not only on acquiring users, but creating content and campaigns that nurture our website visitors from unknown prospects to loyal brand advocates. Our team is growing rapidly, and includes team members focused on product marketing, content creation, media partnerships, advertising, and inbound marketing. 


We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with a strong focus on supporting global efforts through exceptional creativity and advanced digital skills. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys pushing beyond current design trends to create compelling designs, is able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Candidates must have a stellar portfolio. This individual will play a pivotal role in our mission to enhance visual communication and branding across various international markets, including key regions in EMEA and APAC. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to making a meaningful impact on our global reach and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design visually compelling graphics for Wasabi's website and other digital platforms, digital ads, and corporate content that align with our brand guidelines and global initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create consistent and engaging visual materials for various international markets, including EMEA and APAC. 
  • Ensure all design outputs are optimized for different digital platforms and devices, maintaining high-quality standards. 
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategy. 
  • Adapt and tailor design concepts to suit diverse cultural and regional preferences, ensuring effective audience engagement. 
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail. 
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outputs. 
  • Provide support across the full marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 
  • At least 3 years of Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and digital design skills. 
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital tools. 
  • Strong understanding of visual communication principles and branding. 
  • Experience in designing for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online advertising. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. 
  • Knowledge of cultural and regional design preferences within EMEA and APAC markets is a plus. 
  • Ability to take feedback and work closely with team members to resolve problems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
