The Graphic Designer is responsible for a wide variety of design work used across print media, templates, and automation buildouts. This role requires someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be able to take direction well, learn quickly, and support projects from concept through completion while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIESProduce on-brand and packaged designs across multiple brands
Support client-facing and employee-facing presentations and direct communication materials
Work closely with team members to identify the best design solutions while also being able to work independently
Create, revise, and maintain design files across brands using tools from the Creative Cloud Suite such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
Assist with template-based design and automation buildouts
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Take direction well and support projects from start to finish
Contribute creative ideas and follow through to final content creation and production
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail
Be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Highly creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to take direction well and support projects from concept through completion
Print production knowledge is a plus
Comfortable working in an in-office, collaborative setting
Resume and portfolio link required; assessment may be part of the process
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a comparable field
Minimum of 2 years of professional creative design experience, agency and corporate experience preferred
