About DXC Technology
DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations — helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed. With deep expertise in Managed Infrastructure Services, Application Modernization, and Industry-Specific Software Solutions, DXC modernizes, secures, and operates some of the world's most complex technology estates.
DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) helps insurers around the world modernize and run their core operations at scale by combining deep industry expertise, proven software platforms, and innovative AI-driven solutions. A global market leader in core insurance platforms, ISB delivers solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement supporting Life & Annuity, Property & Casualty, and Specialty insurance markets. You’ll directly shape how the world's leading insurers operate by helping to transform the policy, underwriting, and claims systems that millions of people rely on every day.
The ISB Presentation & Graphic Designer Manager leads high-impact visual storytelling across executive presentations, customer events and ISB initiatives. This role combines hands-on design execution with strategic creative leadership, partnering with Customer Community, Strategic Marketing and executives to translate business priorities into clear, executive-ready visual narratives.
This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Key responsibilities
Design and produce executive-level PowerPoint presentations for forums, customer meetings, leadership sessions and global events
Translate complex business and technology content into clear, visually compelling narratives
Create supporting assets including infographics, diagrams, signage, and digital graphics
Optimize presentations for live delivery across in-person, hybrid and virtual environments
Maintain a high bar for visual quality, including layout, hierarchy, pacing and polish
Creative Direction, Storytelling and Experiential Design
Lead creative direction for executive forums, customer engagements, and strategic presentations from concept through delivery
Design cohesive end-to-end experiences across sessions, environments and touchpoints, not just individual assets
Provide guidance on storytelling, presentation structure and messaging hierarchy
Partner with executive leadership and marketing to shape aligned narratives
Translate business priorities into effective executive communication and customer-facing experiences
Creative Operations and Delivery Ownership
Own intake, prioritization, and execution of creative requests across presentations, events, and marketing initiatives
Manage multiple high-priority deliverables across competing executive timeline
Establish clear timelines, ownership, and accountability across projects
Maintain file management, version control, and reusable asset libraries
Review, Feedback and Quality Control
Lead structured review and feedback cycles across executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity and deadlines
Coordinate approvals to ensure alignment prior to final delivery
Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished and presentation-ready
Brand Standards and Design Systems
Own ISB presentation standards, templates and visual frameworks
Ensure consistent application of DXC brand standards across all deliverables
Build scalable templates, components and reusable assets to improve efficiency
Enforce quality standards across executive and customer-facing materials
Leadership and Stakeholder Alignment
Act as the central creative partner across Customer Community, Strategic Marketing and Outbound Product Management
Balance executive expectations, business priorities and delivery timelines
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through consistent delivery and clear recommendations
Qualifications and experience
5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design, ideally supporting executive‑level or customer‑facing work
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Experience supporting live events, executive forums or customer engagements is strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
Skills and attributes
Strong visual storytelling and layout expertise
Ability to translate strategic and marketing direction into clear, effective design
Highly organized with strong prioritization skills
Comfortable operating in executive‑facing, high‑visibility environments
Calm, adaptable and detail‑oriented under pressure
