What the job actually looks like
- Designing across the full brand mix - POS, social, OOH, digital, print, events, and everything in between.
- Originating concepts, not just executing briefs - we want ideas, not just outputs.
- Creating and editing video content and motion formats as part of your regular output.
- Preparing print-ready artwork to exact printer specifications.
- Running multiple projects at the same time without letting quality slip on any of them.
- Working closely with the broader Marketing team and business stakeholders to bring briefs to life on time.
- Understanding that design, copy, and photography are parts of the same customer experience and designing like it.
What we need from you
- A degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
- 4 - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Conceptual DTP Artist (agency, retail, or QSR background preferred)
- A portfolio that shows conceptual range, not just technical execution.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills across InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Solid understanding of layout, colour, typography, scale, and composition.
- Ability to work within a brand CI while still finding room to be creative.
- Someone who handles feedback well, asks good questions, and manages their own time without being chased.
Software
- Required: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects
- Advantageous: Premiere Pro, 3D software, Videography, Photography
