Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at the Academy of Digital Industries, you will play a crucial role in our expansion into Kazakh market.

We are seeking a talented and creative individual who can produce visually stunning and innovative designs across various digital and print media. Your work will help shape our brand's visual identity and support our marketing and communication efforts.

The candidate must be a resident of Kazakhstan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning and innovative designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.

  • Coordinate with the Content Creation team.

  • Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

  • Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

  • Implement new design techniques to keep the company’s visuals fresh and engaging.

  • Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  • Ensure all designs are high-quality and error-free.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and proofing before final delivery

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design projects.

  • Excellent Kazakh communication skills and Conversational English.

  • Experience in motion graphics and 3D Design.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms to create proper designs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
