This role is for a creative self-starter who can manage multiple projects at once, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral. The majority of this role will be spent designing presentation decks for sales, leadership, and marketing, along with graphics for LinkedIn and other social channels, with additional support on broader marketing design needs as they arise. • Develop and maintain a library of branded, reusable PowerPoint templates, slide layouts, and master slides to improve consistency and speed across the organization.
• Create engaging graphics and visual content for CorVel's LinkedIn account and other social channels, in partnership with the content marketing team (primary focus of the role).
• Translate complex concepts and data into clear, polished slide visuals, including charts, diagrams, and infographics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, digital, product, and sales teams to gather requirements and turn them into compelling presentation and social content.
• Maintain and evolve CorVel's brand identity, ensuring visual consistency across presentations, social assets, and all marketing collateral.
• Support additional marketing design needs as they arise, including email templates, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers and trade show assets.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external designers, agencies, and other vendors as needed.
• Stay current on presentation design and social content trends, bringing fresh ideas to the marketing team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with significant hands-on experience building presentations in PowerPoint.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design and social media graphics, ideally alongside broader marketing design work.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (including custom templates, master slides, and animations); strong working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems, with the ability to apply them consistently across slides and social content.
• Experience designing for social platforms (LinkedIn in particular), with an understanding of platform-specific formats and best practices.
• Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to take and incorporate feedback gracefully, often under tight turnaround times.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in the healthcare or risk management industry (preferred).
• Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (preferred).
