The Opportunity:
CACI is searching for a Graphic Designer to provide support to a top-tier client. An ideal candidate will possess a broad range of expertise, including graphic design, project management, visual communication, customer service, photography support, web administration, strategic planning, support services, and organizational brand management.
This position requires at TS/SCI POLY Clearance and is onsite in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, coordinate, and prepare for distribution of a variety of materials/information that supports the mission, activities, and initiatives of the government.
- Work with other organizational entities within the federal government on employee engagement activities
- Serve as a technical authority in custom graphic design work that includes but is not limited to: website management, social media, presentations, government reports, articles, fact sheets and posters, events, and video production.
- Ensure all internal and external documents adhere to a standardized compliance guideline, such as 508 Compliance.
- Plan, edit, design, and write content for a variety of internal communications media, such as a staff intranet, meeting presentations, regular newsletters, periodic email updates, and videos.
- Create and edit visual aids to support internal and external government communications.
- Perform comprehensive reviews and analyze work products to ensure that the objective, style, and branding of the presentation are aligned with the overall goals and target audience of the government.
- Standardize procedures to assure consistency with branding assets, including but not limited to logos and brand marks, templates, color palettes, and brand guides across multiple forms of media.
- Collaborate with advisory groups to develop internal communications policies and procedures for senior-level approval.
- Support the development and execution of internal and external communications plans and strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI poly.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related fine arts discipline
- Minimum of two years of experience
- Experience creating and designing projects and strategic communications using Adobe and Microsoft Suite products
Desired:
- Experience using Brand Guides
- Experience creating obvious graphics for U.S. Government entities
- Experience interacting with senior-level employees and preparing detailed, accurate presentations for review by executive staff

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
