Job Description:
The Artwork Specialist is responsible for creating and managing artwork for various products. This includes designing layouts, selecting colors, and choosing fonts that align with brand guidelines.
The role also involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure that the artwork meets the product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage artwork for various products in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure artwork meets product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Review and approve final layouts for print production.
Ensure all artwork is delivered within project timelines.
Maintain a database of all artwork files for future reference.
Job Qualifications
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.
Candidates with strong, relevant portfolios and experience in packaging, print-ready artwork or layout systems.
Understanding of color modes (CMYK vs. RGB) and print limitations
Experience with Pantone matching and working with numerical color values
Basic knowledge of packaging technical drawings
Must Have Skills:
Degree in Graphic Design/related field
1 -3 years’ experience in graphic design or in studio
Studio experience/knowledge
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
Proficient in Photoshop
Proficient in Adobe InDesign
Nice to Have Skills:
Strong understanding of brand architecture and design principles for visual consistency.
Print Production Experience/knowledge
