Responsibilities:
Maintain and update SOC process documentation, runbooks, and SOPs.
Create and revise cybersecurity infrastructure diagrams for major tools and integrations.
Document alert flows, escalation paths, and major security control dependencies.
Support knowledge base articles, onboarding materials, and architecture inventories.
Help clean up stale diagrams and convert tribal knowledge into usable references.
Assist with Tier 1 security event monitoring.
Tasks:
Build a “source of truth” diagram library.
Document log sources, detection coverage, and response handoffs.
Help map security tooling relationships across SIEM, EDR, PA, IAM, AIDR, DLP, cloud, and ticketing.
Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of core security concepts (SIEM, EDR, IAM, Cloud Security, and basic networking principles).
Documentation & Analytical Skills: Strong technical writing and diagramming skills, with keen attention to detail and an ability to translate complex technical processes into clear reference materials.
