The role also supports occasional Americas hiring and collaborates with a global talent acquisition team.

Generate qualified pipeline for QAD’s ERP and manufacturing solutions through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting. Engage enterprise decision-makers via phone, email, social channels, and events; conduct discovery conversations; identify new and existing-customer opportunities; and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Maintain CRM accuracy, optimize outreach effectiveness, and consistently meet prospecting and pipeline-generation targets.

Owns global revenue marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline across customer and new-logo audiences. Develops GTM and ABM strategies, executes integrated email, digital, webinar, event, and partner campaigns, and aligns with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and channel partners. Tracks campaign performance, pipeline contribution, conversion, ROI, and revenue impact while adapting programs across international markets. The remote role requires 10–15% travel.

Own and execute global revenue marketing campaigns focused on customer and new-logo growth. Develop ABM, digital, email, webinar, event, and partner campaigns; align with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and channel partners; and drive qualified pipeline across international markets. Track campaign performance, conversion, attribution, ROI, and revenue impact while maintaining pipeline hygiene, optimizing spend, adapting programs for regional markets, and delivering against pipeline targets.

Owns the integration product roadmap connecting Redzone with ERP, MES, WMS, HRIS, and OT/IoT systems. Defines strategy, requirements, data mappings, APIs, metrics, and prioritization while partnering with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, customers, and plant leadership. Supports technical discussions, testing, launches, customer feedback, and connector development for manufacturing environments. This is a full-time remote role requiring travel up to 40%.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of integrations connecting Redzone with ERP, MES, WMS, HRIS, and OT/IoT systems. Translates customer and plant-floor needs into product requirements, APIs, connectors, data mappings, and workflows. Partners with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, customers, and executives to support development, testing, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration capabilities.

Drives pipeline growth through inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, ERP opportunity development, and discovery conversations. Partners with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to improve campaigns, lead flow, messaging, and conversion. Uses CRM, account intelligence, sales engagement, ABM, and AI prospecting tools to prioritize manufacturing and supply chain accounts. Maintains CRM discipline, shares successful prospecting practices, and informally mentors peers while pursuing individual and team revenue goals.

Leads full-stack architecture and development of enterprise-scale SaaS systems. Owns complex cross-functional components, designs scalable frontend and backend architectures, resolves advanced technical issues, mentors senior engineers, establishes engineering standards, optimizes performance, and influences technical strategy across the organization.

Develops and delivers sales onboarding and training programs, creates eLearning and enablement content, manages sales playbooks and GTM technology, analyzes performance KPIs, and partners with product and engineering teams. Plans sales kickoffs and field enablement events while evaluating program effectiveness using instructional design and learning evaluation frameworks.

Develops and delivers sales onboarding and continuous training programs, creates instructional content and sales assets, manages CRM, LMS, engagement, and coaching tools, and analyzes enablement KPIs. The role translates product updates into rep-facing materials, maintains playbooks and battlecards, evaluates learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick models, and supports sales kickoffs, QBRs, and regional enablement events.

Design and configure agentic AI solutions for enterprise manufacturing and supply-chain customers during the sales process. Lead process-discovery workshops, map KPIs and data flows, select and configure agents, integrate with systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, and Jaggaer, and present solutions tied to business outcomes. The role requires enterprise process expertise, low-code automation familiarity, quota-carrying sales experience, and strong workshop facilitation and executive presentation skills.

Own the enterprise AI reference architecture and golden path for scalable, production-grade AI and agentic workflows. Translate business requirements into implementable designs spanning data, APIs, identity, orchestration, applications, deployment, observability, evaluation, and cost management. Lead technical decisions, platform selection, production readiness, responsible AI guardrails, and architecture conformance across internal engineers and implementation partners. Establish reusable patterns for identity, multi-tenancy, integration, AI operations, human oversight, and enterprise-scale delivery.

Drive enterprise value creation initiatives across AI transformation, operating model evolution, systems integrator transitions, and cross-functional business improvements. Build initiative trackers, KPI dashboards, business cases, executive reports, and benefits realization models. Coordinate internal teams, senior stakeholders, advisors, and implementation partners while tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and measurable business outcomes.

Build and operate production AI and agentic workflows, including retrieval, orchestration, evaluation, enterprise integrations, and observability. Develop reusable SDKs, services, templates, and reference implementations for internal engineers and partners. Own infrastructure as code, CI/CD, security, latency, cost, reliability, and quality measurement. Set engineering standards, review partner code, mentor future hires, and support live workflows.

Provides advanced technical support for QAD ERP applications and Progress databases. Responsibilities include diagnosing escalated customer issues, installing and configuring QAD products, performing Progress DBA tasks, optimizing databases, managing backups and restores, documenting solutions, creating training materials, and collaborating with R&D and product teams. The role includes rotating shifts, weekend work, and potential on-call coverage in a 24/7 support environment.

Owns QAD Support’s AI roadmap and governance while coordinating cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and optimization. The role manages milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, vendors, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. It also drives AI enablement, training, communications, continuous improvement, and compliance with security, privacy, legal, and data governance requirements. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong program management and practical AI knowledge, without hands-on AI development.

Lead a five-person engineering squad building QAD’s AI agent runtime, including orchestration, reasoning, session and memory management, LLM gateway capabilities, sandboxing, audit trails, timeout handling, and retries. Provide technical and people leadership while ensuring production reliability, responsible AI guardrails, prompt versioning, evaluation pipelines, and agent behavior testing. Personally use AI-native development tools and mentor engineers across the cloud-native platform.

Own the enterprise-wide architectural vision for a cloud-native, AI-enabled SaaS platform. Define multi-year technical roadmaps, govern frontend, backend, microservices, APIs, and cloud standards, conduct design reviews, resolve performance issues, write reference code, and architect agentic AI integrations. Partner with product and engineering leadership while mentoring senior and principal engineers across teams.

Architect and deploy AI-powered go-to-market integrations, LLM tools, predictive models, and agentic workflows across Salesforce and revenue technology systems. Optimize the GTM tech stack, improve pipeline and deal velocity, maintain data integrity, automate retention and marketing processes, and train teams to use AI effectively. The role combines software engineering, data science, revenue operations, and SaaS strategy.

Owns critical customer account escalations from initiation through stabilization and closure. Coordinates Support, Engineering, Cloud Operations, Product, and Customer Success teams; drives resolution plans, prioritization, case hygiene, war-room response, stakeholder communications, root-cause analysis, and post-escalation improvements. Requires strong ERP, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, incident management, and technical troubleshooting knowledge, along with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage.
