It partners with Marketing to improve campaign returns and requires a hunter mentality, strong communication skills, and independent productivity.

Provides technical support for QAD and Progress ERP products, including installations, upgrades, configurations, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and Progress database administration. Handles complex escalations and P1 cases while meeting SLAs, documenting solutions, creating knowledge resources, and communicating with customers. Collaborates with R&D and Product Management, mentors junior staff, develops training materials, and supports global customers through rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call coverage.

Provides frontline technical and ERP support for QAD and Progress products, troubleshooting installations, configurations, upgrades, performance, and system issues. Manages support tickets within SLAs, performs basic Progress DBA tasks, documents resolutions, and contributes to knowledge-base resources. Communicates with customers and partners, escalates complex incidents, collaborates with internal teams, and participates in rotating shifts, weekend coverage, and potential on-call support.

Provides advanced technical support for QAD ERP and Progress products. Diagnoses complex issues, manages escalated cases, performs installations, upgrades, configurations, Progress DBA tasks, database optimization, backups, and troubleshooting. Creates technical documentation and training materials, collaborates with R&D and Product Management, and supports customers globally through rotating shifts, weekends, and possible on-call coverage.

Leads the design, deployment, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management of finance AI agents. Builds semantic data layers using BigQuery, dbt, and Fivetran; defines agent architecture, controls, escalation thresholds, auditability, and performance KPIs. Reengineers finance processes for agent-assisted workflows, manages AI risk and internal controls, and trains finance teams on adoption, usage, limitations, and change management.

Leads digital demand generation and account-based marketing across EMEA. Builds and optimizes paid media, nurture, webinar, content syndication, SEO, AI search, and multi-market campaigns. Develops scalable localized campaign frameworks, manages digital channel performance and budgets, analyzes ROI and pipeline conversion, and partners with sales, field marketing, and global digital teams. The role requires marketing automation, CRM, paid advertising, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple European markets.

Lead digital-first demand generation and ABM campaigns across EMEA. Own paid media, nurture flows, webinars, content syndication, SEO, AI search, paid search, display, and digital channels. Develop scalable campaign frameworks for regional localization, align initiatives with sales priorities, manage campaign budgets, and analyze performance to improve ROI and pipeline conversion. Designs and develops Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment across public and private clouds. Builds provisioning routines for headless installation of QAD and third-party software, troubleshoots and improves CI/CD implementations, manages Git source control, and evaluates cloud automation technologies. The role supports product release cycles with focus on security, availability, scalability, maintainability, business continuity, and cost optimization.

Provides advanced technical support for QAD ERP applications and Progress databases. Diagnoses escalated issues, performs installations, upgrades, configurations, database optimization, backups, restores, and troubleshooting across Linux, Unix, Windows, internet, and network environments. Documents solutions, develops training materials, collaborates with R&D and Product Management, and supports customers and partners globally. Requires rotating shifts, weekend work, and possible on-call coverage in a hybrid Pune-based role.

Lead customer workshops to design agentic AI flows for manufacturing value chains, architect integrated ERP and enterprise data solutions, prototype and build with engineering teams, run UAT and drive production adoption and continuous improvement.

Develop engineering leaders, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure reliability, scalability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead SDET responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable test frameworks and automation across mobile, web, API, and backend layers. Execute shift-left practices, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate non-functional requirements, mentor engineers, run validation sessions, and deliver quality metrics to improve reliability, performance, and developer experience.

Own customer retention, renewals, satisfaction, adoption, and growth for QAD SaaS customers. Develop and deliver customer journey artifacts, track interactions in Salesforce, monitor customer changes, increase product utilization, and make customers referenceable. Partner globally with sales executives on escalations, events, procurement, deal execution, and expansion opportunities. The role is fully remote in the US with occasional international travel.

Lead IT Service Management and AWS cloud operations for enterprise SaaS: incident command (P0-P2), RCA, SLA enforcement, MSP governance, change advisory, release coordination, and cloud FinOps to ensure secure, highly available infrastructure and excellent customer experience.
