Conduct architectural and code reviews focused on prompts, security, scope, and deployment. Partner with DevOps and Cloud teams on Kubernetes, databases, feature flags, and rollouts while mentoring engineers and establishing engineering standards.

Lead the AI and Agentic Platform engineering team, setting technical priorities, mentoring engineers, and guiding architecture across AI, backend, frontend, data, and cloud infrastructure. Oversee production-grade cloud-native services, agent orchestration, RAG, tool calling, workflows, AI governance, evaluation, and observability. Collaborate with Product and engineering teams while balancing innovation, delivery speed, reliability, security, and code quality.

Leads full-stack architecture and development for enterprise SaaS products, owning complex frontend frameworks, backend services, scalable system architectures, and cross-functional technical components. Oversees internal and outsourced engineering teams, vendor accountability, architecture, product roadmaps, releases, quality, security, automated testing, and CI/CD. Partners with Product Management, Architecture, Customer Success, senior leadership, and external delivery partners to deliver scalable enterprise SaaS products.

Design, develop, test, and optimize scalable full-stack SaaS applications across frontend and backend services. Reengineers finance processes for agent-assisted workflows, manages AI risk and internal controls, and trains finance teams on adoption, usage, limitations, and change management.

Designs and develops Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment across public and private clouds. Builds provisioning routines for headless installation of QAD and third-party software, troubleshoots and improves CI/CD implementations, manages Git source control, and evaluates cloud automation technologies.
