For the Graduate Programme section:
You will gain comprehensive exposure across EcoCeres’ core operations with our international business units, acquiring the cutting-edge skills and expertise to lead projects in biofuels innovation, process engineering, and commercial development. In this role, your key duties will include:
- Drive Departmental Initiatives: Provide direct support on live projects, contributing to the core objectives of your assigned department (e.g., Sales & Marketing, Operations, Technology, Research & Innovation).
- Execute and Analyze: Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and assist in the end-to-end coordination of key projects.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings and initiatives that connect departmental goals to the company's broader strategy, building a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher.
- An agile and curious mindset, excited by the opportunity to learn from diverse business functions.
- Outstanding analytical abilities, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
