We are now looking for a Project Management Office Graduate, to join our UPM Business Hub Wrocław. Home location of the position will be in Wrocław, Poland. We offer two open positions to be filled in this recruitment process.

What you will do  

In this PMO Graduate position, you will get exposed to different development initiatives withing the Hub processes which can be from customer operations to supply chain, marketing, sales, sourcing, or finance related processes. You will learn how to apply project methodologies and get familiar with service design techniques such as user journeys, personas and service blueprint. You will get to work hands-on with various activities like stakeholder communication, work planning and coordination, and process documentation. Overall, our Graduate Program aims to strengthen your professional and personal competencies In addition, you will have a chance to develop your business network. 

Based on your interest and skills your assignments may be around: 

  • Contributing to Hub Development portfolio planning and follow-up 

  • Supporting, coordinating, and managing daily tasks within the Service or Project Management Office 

  • Understanding and translating business needs into service concepts, conducting interviews and usability testing, assessing results, and contributing to the development of services  

  • Assisting in planning workshops and other activities around service management 

  • Managing communications and end user enablement, e.g. key user network development, trainings 

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and project rules 

  • Following up on success of projects through metrics  

 

 
Who you are 

  • You have a master’s degree from a relevant field of studies (e.g. major in economics, project management, information management or service design) 

  • You are eager to learn and contribute to exciting projects 

  • You have a good understanding of service design, design thinking, and agile project methodologies 

  • You are comfortable with technology and digital tools 

  • You have the ability to think creatively, analytically, and strategically 

  • You have good communication skills, ability to work both individually and within an international team 

  • You are fluent in spoken and written English 

  • You are open to new challenges and willing to explore unfamiliar areas
