Position: Manufacturing Process & Quality Engineer Trainee.
Qualification requirements: B.E/B.Tech. Graduate (Mechanical Engineer)
Primary Roles & Responsibilities- Manage manufacturing line.
- Resolve quality issues of the line.
- Ensure all Equipment Calibration activities are done as per schedule.
- Review and maintain Calibration reports.
- Carry out Verification and Validation activities related to equipments & production processes.
- Prepare Validation reports and Verification Reports.
- Support Equipment installation and maintenance activities.
- Support ordering Tools and equipment’s for manufacturing.
- Support clearance of non-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and Weekly basis.
- Manage Non confirming products area.
- Work with Cross functional team and supplier quality engineering team for problem solving and manage rejected materials.
- Support Supplier follow up for part rejections and rework activities with supplier and Production Line.
- Support preparation of work instructions & maintain revision history.
- Support preparation of Device History Records & maintain revision history.
- Support engineering change communications and document distributions across cross-functional teams.
- Training of manufacturing team on the changes in work instructions.
- Develop solutions for quality, Cot, and Productivity issues.
- Own EHS element as support member.
- Support in maintaining inventory of Capital Goods & ensure good tractability.
- Execute Poke Yoke projects related to jigs & fixtures to simplify the manufacturing process.
- Support implementation of Kaizen across the manufacturing lines.
- Support the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Work Outs across the site.
Work experience: Fresh Graduates or up to One year of relevant experience.
Other relevant responsibilities:
- Compliance to site QMS procedures and Work instructions
- Compliance to Site EHS policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance to site HR & Admin policies.
