Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Operations & Support)
Location: Indore field Service (Travel as required- Domestic & International)

We are looking for enthusiastic Engineering graduates to join Robro Systems as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). This role offers structured training and hands-on experience across Production, Installation, Operations, and Technical Support, providing an excellent foundation for building a long-term career in Industrial Automation and Machine Vision.
Assist in the production and assembly of machine vision systems.
Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.
Perform machine testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Provide technical support and service assistance to customers.
Learn industrial automation systems, machine vision technologies, and related software applications.
Prepare installation reports, service reports, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Continuously learn and enhance technical knowledge through structured training and mentorship.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in:
Mechatronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Freshers (2025 & 2026 pass-outs) are encouraged to apply.
Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Good English communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for installation and customer support activities, if required.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Internship or project experience in Industrial Automation, Manufacturing, or Machine Vision.
Good knowledge of PLCs, Sensors, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Machines.
Familiarity with technical documentation and reporting.
Passion for learning new technologies and building a long-term engineering career.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
