Graduate Engineer Trainee - Manufacturing Excellence(F/M/D)

• Process Design and Optimization: Assist in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Support senior engineers in maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment on the shop floor to ensure smooth operations
• Data Collection and Analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and maintenance logs
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control activities to ensure products meet industry standards and specifications
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to achieve manufacturing goals ​Participate and support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities
• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards and participate in safety training programs

• Full Time Bachelor degree in Engineering (B.E or B.Tech) in Mechanical or Production or Industrial
• Training and Development: Attend workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects, providing technical support as needed
• Innovation: Contribute ideas for process improvements and new technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Ensuring safety at workplace
• Participate and support in Open eyes and Kaizen activities
• Basic computer knowledge and well Versed with Microsoft Office - Able to operate and data entry related to manufacturing
• Can read and understand any of Marathi or Hindi or English language to understand work Instructions
