Short department description

You will be joining the Arakkonam manufacturing team in the Mining Industry as a Graduate Engineer.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in various training programs designed by the company
• Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities
• Attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required
• Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain a record of all learning experiences
• Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager
• Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
• Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives
• Follow all company guidelines and policies
• Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of business functions and departmental responsibilities.
• Self-starter with good time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
