We are now looking for an IT Engineer Graduate to perform IT services like operations support / maintenance and administration of customer systems. The position is part of a customer team and works always in customer premises or remotely for the customer wherever possible. The engineer provides support and maintenance of required customer products/systems and their relative sizing and optimization. Engineer validates the provided change requests and implement the same and identifies all anomalies respect of system specification and makes a first diagnosis of possible causes.
What you will do
- Work on the support and maintenance of IT systems with third-party supervision.
- Perform daily routine tasks like health checks, routine maintenance
- Monitors the system or gets alert from monitoring teams and take necessary actions
- Resolve customer trouble tickets and complains on emails
- Entertains service requests from users
- Handle dimensioning, capacity planning, and support the selection of products.
- Study the impacts of the system and write technical documentation.
- Oversee preparation and verification of test results in conjunction to developing test simulators and automation.
- Perform tests of IT systems and define test strategies.
- Analyze test results and alignment with the client, and share critical metric/s with the customer
