Job Description

RSS (Remote Support Services) department would like to introduce and invite you for: Grace Hopper Internship Rockwell Pathway to NextGen Career Reboot.

• Grace Hopper Internship in C.A.R.E.E.R. Program is addressed to people with work experience who want to retrain, and students who know that their chosen field of education is not appropriate and want to try their hand at another area.
• Second edition of Grace Hopper Internship is a 3-6-month program dedicated to people interested in developing their skills in Rockwell Automation software and hardware products, CE certifications, quality systems, soft skills, and project management. It will already start on April 1st, 2024.
• You will participate in selected technical Rockwell products trainings.
• You will participate in SEP Electrical qualification, certification basics, quality systems, project management fundamentals, public speaking, soft skills, and language trainings.
• You will prepare and participate in industry events training.
• You will participate in Remote Support phone and chat simulations.
• You will work with Training Workstations (Demo Boxes).
• You will promote RA outside the company.

Our requirements:

• Work experience/ student status.
• Office package and operating systems knowledge.
• Comfort with ambiguous scenarios and be able to think outside of the box.
• Proficiency in English - written and spoken (at least B2 level).
• Your availability is between 25-32 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
• Work and stay permits in Poland.

Additional information

• You will work from Monday to Friday on morning shift
• You will work mostly on site (Katowice), from time to time there is possibility to work from home (according with schedule)
