Position Summary:
The Government Affairs Manager provides senior strategic leadership at the intersection of healthcare policy, patient access, and business growth. The role develops and executes an integrated government affairs strategy that anticipates political, legislative, regulatory, reimbursement, procurement, and health-system developments affecting the MedTech portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Government affairs strategy: Develop and execute a multi-year national and subnational strategy aligned with business priorities, patient needs, market access objectives, and the evolving healthcare agenda.
- Policy intelligence and foresight: Monitor political, legislative, regulatory, reimbursement, procurement, fiscal, and public-health developments; assess business impact and provide timely scenarios, recommendations, and executive briefings.
