At ServiceNow, we're looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-month internship opportunities all over the world across various business functions. Alongside learning the Tech SaaS business, interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and dedicated Coach to further grow their careers with us If you want to make work, work better, we want you.
What you get to do in this role:
- Will be working as part of the Go-To-Market Programs & Excellence team to support and contribute to strategy and operations of our Go-To-Market teams.
- Support preparation for leadership deep-dives & events on progress to targets & go forward strategy.
- Develop understanding of SaaS software business & operating models.
- Contribute to managing the operational cadence of the business & communications to stakeholders.
- Exposure to an AI first company & support to develop AI tools to drive our GTM & internal operating model.
- Will be trained on and contribute to specific projects relating to operations and execution in a fast-paced field-selling organization
- A great opportunity to gain a broad organization perspective, contribute to a multi-year growth plan and learn highly transferable skills
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
- Strong problem-solving & critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous information & present clear, executive level recommendations
- Strong interest in using AI to drive business outcomes & incremental improvements
- Experience in, and interest in working with data and translating to actionable insight
- Keen to develop a broad skillset, including project management and driving complex change
- Willing to be proactive in seeking answers or attain new knowledge
- Be a team player and able to communicate current status
- Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and undertaking a placement year as part of their course
- Available to start in May, June or September 2026.
