As a Global Mobility Services Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality execution of core mobility operations in APAC, ensuring the right and fast results for business leaders, managers, and employees.

You will report directly to Sr Director GMS and you’ll work out of our Bangalore location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will champion the GMS agenda and engage with key stakeholders to build and sustain partnerships that meet strategic mobility needs. Your role ensures operational efficiency, enhances employee satisfaction, and positions us as a leader in global talent management. Your impact is pivotal in mitigating risks, driving cost-effectiveness, and fostering the overall success and growth of our international operations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver highquality execution of core mobility operations
  • Champion the GMS agenda and build strategic partnerships
  • Drive program alignment and standardization across business units
  • Coordinate GMS activities within the region
  • Support all types of mobility requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage GMS vendors and hold them accountable for results
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities through metrics and customer feedback
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of Global Mobility or Human Resources experience
  • Experience in leading or managing a team
  • Experience building relationships cross-functionally and cross-regionally
  • Strong track record in developing partnerships at all levels
  • Knowledge of expatriate tax processes and other related processes
  • Working knowledge of immigration laws and regulations
  • Experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement
  • Project management experience is a plus.
