Accountabilities:
Proactively manage Salesforce (CRM) Projects
Take a lead role in ensuring new opportunities and meeting notes are entered and tracked in Salesforce in a timely manner
Create sales campaigns in Salesforce alongside marketing for proactive and regular outreach
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and off-sites including managing all related logistics/marketing materials – pro-actively address conflicts and exercise strong judgment based on priorities, seeking guidance as needed
Screen a large volume of incoming calls and emails, and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner
Prepare and edit relevant materials for team, including Word Documents, and Excel Spreadsheets
Manage work priorities independently and respond to business outside of normal business hours as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of administrative assistance experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities – Must demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude towards given tasks, plan ahead for potential issues and take appropriate action
Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Role continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy
Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials required
Team-oriented and collaborative attitude is a must
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce and proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required
$63,360.00 - $95,040.00 USD Annual
Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
