Our team members have the opportunity to be involved in global consulting and advisory client facing roles in a fast growing and exciting new business in India, which is part of our established and highly regarded accountancy firms in the US and UK.
About the Role
The role will primarily involve working closely with UK, US and India based Tax and Transfer Pricing team members. Our client base comprises of businesses expanding internationally and therefore, looking for advice on transfer pricing planning and operating model structuring for inter-company dealings / transactions. We also provide transfer pricing compliance services to large/mid-sized MNCs.
You will work on a variety of transfer pricing projects, including advisory and policy planning, preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentations (Local Files and Master Files), performing benchmarking analyses and other transfer pricing related advisory services. You would have the opportunity to be involved in the complete lifecycle of each project, from initiating discussions with clients to assisting with the preparation of proposals and eventually delivering the projects.
Responsibilities
- Advise multinational groups on transfer pricing policies covering tangible goods, services, royalties, financing transactions, cost-sharing arrangements, and business restructurings.
- Analyze global operating models and value chains to align transfer pricing outcomes with economic substance and value creation.
- Develop practical and commercially focused transfer pricing solutions that support business growth while managing tax risk.
- Performance of global transfer pricing benchmarking analyses for different geographic regions using global databases.
- Drafting of transfer pricing policy planning documents and global country specific compliance documents including Local Files and Master Files.
- Opportunity to get trained on-the-job on international financial databases for economic analyses.
- Regular participate in client meetings.
- Be part of the team which publishes thought leadership papers.
- Regular interactions with senior leaders as part of project management.
- Participation in knowledge exchange sessions and collaboration across the multifunctional team.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and supporting proposal development.
- Leverage technology, data analytics, AI-driven solutions, and automation tools to enhance transfer pricing engagements.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) freshers
