RSM is seeking a highly experienced Global Technology Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of RSM’s Global Audit Platforms, a strategic multi-year transformation initiative designed to modernize how audits are delivered using digital technology across the global RSM network.
The Global Audit Platform is intended to provide a unified, scalable, AI-enabled audit experience that supports common audit methodologies, workflow orchestration, content management, analytics, quality management, and global collaboration across member firms. Location is flexible, but it would be required to be near an RSM US office location. Domestic and international travel will be required for this position.
This role will serve as a key member of the Global Audit Platform leadership team, partnering closely with product owners, audit methodology leaders, technology teams, UX specialists, global stakeholders, and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery of one of the firm’s most significant strategic investments. The ideal candidate combines exceptional program management capabilities with experience leading large-scale technology transformation programs (on a global scale), strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
·Lead complex cross-functional workstreams supporting the Global Audit Platform roadmap.
·Manage delivery across multiple teams including product management, user experience, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management.
·Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and decision logs.
·Establish governance mechanisms and executive reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
·Drive program execution against strategic objectives, timelines, budget expectations, and quality targets.
Stakeholder Management
·Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
·Coordinate priorities across Assurance, Digital Solutions, Global Methodology, Operations, Quality Management, and member firms.
·Facilitate executive steering committees, program reviews, workshops, and decision forums.
·Build alignment among global stakeholders while balancing regional requirements and organizational priorities.
Vendor & Delivery Management
·Manage relationships with strategic delivery partners and vendors.
·Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, deliverables, and milestones.
·Escalate and resolve program issues impacting scope, quality, cost, or schedule.
·Coordinate delivery activities across internal and external teams.
Agile Delivery & Planning
·Support Agile planning processes including roadmap planning, PI planning, program increments, release planning, and MVP prioritization.
·Track dependencies across product, architecture, platform, infrastructure, UX, and deployment teams.
·Ensure program risks are proactively identified, assessed, communicated, and mitigated.
·Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and operating models.
Organizational Readiness & Change
·Partner with change management and training teams to support adoption of the Global Audit Platform.
·Coordinate pilot initiatives, user feedback programs, readiness activities, and deployment planning.
·Assist in developing communications, leadership updates, and stakeholder engagement materials.
·Support the transition from current-state audit processes and technologies to future-state platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
·8+ years of program management, product delivery, consulting, technology transformation, or related experience.
·Proven experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
·Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development.
·Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
·Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively within fast-paced transformation environments.
Preferred
·Experience within professional services, accounting, audit, risk advisory, or financial services organizations.
·Familiarity with external/statutory audit processes, engagement lifecycle management, or compliance-driven workflows.
·Experience delivering cloud-based SaaS platforms.
·Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow orchestration, process transformation, or digital platform initiatives.
·PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, or equivalent certification.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $171,200 - $303,600Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
