We are looking for an experienced Social Media leader (m/f/n) who will help us build and develop our global social media capability across campaigns, PR, corporate communications, events, community initiatives and emerging platforms.
Job description
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, collaborating with senior stakeholders and creating structure within a complex international environment.
You will work with teams across Europe, North America and Asia and help influence how social media supports ESET's global business goals.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Social Media Specialists and Video Creators.
- Define priorities and help the team focus on the work that creates the highest impact.
- Partner with PR, Product Marketing, Digital Advertising and regional teams.
- Help shape social media strategy and best practices across global markets.
- Improve how we measure social media performance and turn insights into action.
- Support major campaigns, launches, events and corporate communications initiatives.
- Evaluate new opportunities across social platforms, communities and content formats.
- Create an environment where people can grow, learn and thrive.
What we're looking for
- Experience leading social media, digital marketing, communications or content teams.
- Strong understanding of organic social media and modern platform dynamics.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in complex international organizations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Basic wage component (gross): from 3000 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
- The final basic wage component can be increased according to the unique individual skills and experiences of the selected candidate.
