Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing, creating, maintaining, and updating content within information security customer knowledge base across numerous security domains to support customer security related inquiries to assist team to provide timely and accurate responses.
- Work closely with various teams across the Global Security and other corporate areas to ensure the quality and relevance of the database content and to identify and resolve any gaps or inconsistencies and to reflect the latest industry standards, regulations, and trends.
- Assist with delivery on customer security questionnaire and ad hoc inquiries, site visits, and contract security language using the knowledge base as a primary source of information and guidance.
- Support inbound state regulatory inquiries and exams and Internal/External Audits as necessary.
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related security standards.
- Identifies and recommends internal processing and systemic improvements to enhance Customer and Employee experience.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required Skills:
- Business experience writing documentation in the security domain, or a related field.
- 3 plus years' experience in IT security, audit, compliance, and/or IT disaster recovery.
- A high degree of knowledge in IT Security and controls and strong regulatory compliance background.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, principles, and practices, such as encryption, authentication, authorization, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
Preferred:
- IT Security Governance and Control Framework experience such as ISO27002, COBIT, NIST, PCI, etc.
- Experience with software applications, such as Archer, ServiceNow, and/or Qvidian desired and proficient in using various tools and formats for creating and publishing documentation.
- Professional certification, such as CISA, CISM, GSE, SANS or CISSP.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information security concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to assess security architecture designs independently.
The salary range for applicants for this position is $63,000 - $90,000.
