We are now looking for a Global Product Marketing Lead who can help shape how our AI-led products and services are positioned, launched, and sold globally.


Position Overview

We are seeking a commercially sharp, highly articulate Global Product Marketing Lead to own positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, messaging, sales enablement, and content development for Quantanite’s AI-led services and product portfolio.

A key focus of this role will be Quantanite IQ, our decision intelligence and agentic intelligence layer that turns operational interactions into signals, insights, and recommended actions. Quantanite IQ helps organisations identify root causes, improve performance, and continuously optimise operations.

This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, and delivery. You will translate technical AI capability into clear, compelling commercial stories that resonate with enterprise buyers. You will help define what we say, how we say it, who we say it to, and how our sales teams use that story to build pipeline and win deals.

We are looking for someone who is balanced across product and marketing, but likely leans slightly more towards marketing, storytelling, launch strategy, and content creation. The ideal candidate has worked in a start-up, scale-up, SaaS, AI, technology, or product-led B2B environment and is comfortable operating with ambiguity, pace, and limited hand-holding.

This role requires exceptional English communication skills, strong writing ability, and the confidence to create high-quality commercial content for a global audience.


Key Responsibilities

Product Positioning, Messaging & Narrative

● Own and evolve the positioning and messaging for Quantanite IQ and Quantanite’s broader AI-led services portfolio.
● Translate technical and AI-enabled capabilities into clear, differentiated business value propositions.
● Develop messaging frameworks that support consistent communication across Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Product, and Delivery.
● Build compelling narratives that explain what Quantanite IQ is, why it matters, and how it helps clients achieve measurable outcomes.
● Ensure our product and service language is commercially sharp, buyer-relevant, and easy for sales teams to use.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Launches

● Develop and execute go-to-market plans for AI product launches, enhancements, and service offerings.
● Partner with Product, AI, Sales, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing teams to align launch activity across internal and external channels.
● Define launch objectives, buyer segments, key messages, enablement needs, content requirements, and success measures.
● Support market entry and demand generation activity through strong campaign messaging, launch assets, and sales-ready materials.
● Bring structure and momentum to launches in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve quickly.
Content, Copy & Commercial Storytelling

● Create high-quality B2B content and copy, including product decks, one-pagers, website copy, campaign messaging, email copy, battlecards, case studies, FAQs, and sales talk tracks.
● Turn complex product, AI, and operational concepts into accessible, persuasive content for enterprise decision-makers.
● Build proof-led stories that connect Quantanite’s capabilities to measurable client outcomes.
● Maintain a strong standard of written English, tone, clarity, and commercial relevance across all product marketing assets.
● Shape messaging for different audiences, including C-suite buyers, operations leaders, technology stakeholders, and commercial decision-makers.
Sales Enablement & Field Readiness

● Build and maintain the sales enablement system for Quantanite IQ and AI-led services.
● Create sales decks, objection-handling guides, discovery prompts, battlecards, use-case narratives, and proof-point libraries.
● Train and equip Sales and Solutions teams to use messaging and materials consistently and effectively.
● Partner with commercial leaders to understand what sales teams need in order to create pipeline and progress opportunities.
● Track enablement usage, gather feedback, and continuously improve assets based on field reality.
ICP, Persona & Market Understanding

● Define and refine ideal customer profiles across priority verticals, buyer types, and use cases.
● Develop persona-specific value stories rooted in real buyer priorities, pain points, and commercial outcomes.
● Build competitive and category narratives that help position Quantanite clearly in the market.
● Identify where Quantanite wins, where buyers may hesitate, and how to address common objections.
● Stay close to market trends in AI, automation, CX, BPO, decision intelligence, and operations transformation.
Proof, Case Studies & Asset Management

● Build a repeatable process to capture proof points, client outcomes, case studies, testimonials, and operational impact stories.
● Work with Delivery, Solutions, and Sales teams to turn real results into credible external-facing stories.
● Maintain a structured asset library that is easy for sales and marketing teams to access and use.
● Ensure claims, messaging, and proof points are accurate, usable, and commercially meaningful.

Qualifications

Essential

● 3–5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, technology, productised services, CX, BPO, or digital transformation.
● Proven experience building product positioning, messaging frameworks, GTM plans, launch assets, and sales enablement content.
● Demonstrable portfolio of product marketing work, such as decks, one-pagers, campaign copy, product narratives, case studies, enablement assets, or messaging frameworks.
● Strong ability to translate technical or AI-enabled capabilities into clear commercial value propositions.
● Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create polished content for a global business audience.
● Strong content and copywriting capability across sales, marketing, and product-facing materials.
● Experience supporting product launches, GTM campaigns, or market activation initiatives.
● Ability to work across both strategy and execution, with a high-output, hands-on approach.
● Strong commercial judgement and understanding of how product marketing supports pipeline creation and deal progression.
● Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Marketing.
● Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous, start-up or scale-up style environment.
● Self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership without needing constant direction.

Preferred

● Experience in AI, SaaS, CX, BPO, automation, decision intelligence, analytics, or operations-led environments.
● Experience launching AI products, AI-enabled services, or emerging technology propositions.
● Exposure to start-up, scale-up, or high-growth environments.
● Experience working with cross-regional or global teams.
● Strong presentation development skills and the ability to build executive-level commercial narratives.
● Neutral, clear spoken English and confidence communicating with global stakeholders.
