- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with IT categories such as SaaS, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Support sourcing activities for IT categories including software, hardware, cloud services, and professional services.
- Assist in RFP/RFI processes, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure procurement activities align with business needs, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and business units to gather requirements and provide procurement guidance.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Educate stakeholders on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Support onboarding, renewals, and offboarding of IT vendors.
- Track and report on vendor performance, risk, and spend.
- Invoice Resolution
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
- Track and report on invoice issues, escalating as needed to Finance or Legal.
- Maintain accurate records of invoice resolutions and related communications.
- Contract & Spend Oversight
- Assist in reviewing and managing IT contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance.
- Monitor IT spend and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor agreements.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior IT Procurement Analyst to support our technology sourcing and vendor management efforts. This mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in IT procurement who thrives in cross-functional environments and enjoys building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
