The role

Taktile powers millions of decisions a day for cutting-edge financial institutions, and some of the most interesting work we do happens alongside leading advisory firms.

The hard part of AI in financial services isn't the technology, but the transformation around it. That is where consulting firms excel: strategic vision, deep industry expertise, and the experience of driving change inside large, complex organizations. Together we take clients from strategy through to AI running in production, reliably and at scale.

Customer demand for that combination keeps growing, and we want to meet much more of it. This role owns how we do that: a portfolio of relationships with the world's leading strategy and implementation firms, from first conversation through to joint delivery and formalized go-to-market.

You'd own the execution and write the playbook as you go. We have active relationships, clear targets, and an approach that works. What's open is how far we take it and how we scale it across firms and regions.

What you'll do

• Identify and activate our champions inside target firms

• Run structured account mapping sessions and open active deal threads with each firm

• Enable partner teams on Taktile's platform and our joint solution narrative

• Formalize relationships with clear KPIs, referral agreements, and co-marketing commitments once deal flow is proven

• Act as the orchestrator between Taktile and our partners to ensure joint client engagements run smoothly

• Own a partnerships pipeline target and report on leading indicators

• Collaborate with marketing on joint assets: white papers, case studies, co-branded events, thought leadership

• Travel regularly to build and deepen partner relationships

• Evolve our partnerships program as it scales

What we're looking for

• Background: You are a high-agency generalist and strong relationship builder with 3–7 years of experience, ideally with an investing (Tier-1 fund) or consulting (MBB or Big 4) background followed by a commercial role at a high-growth B2B software company

• Builder mentality: You're energized by ambiguity, not paralyzed by it. You'll help build the playbook, not inherit it

• Commercial instinct: You understand what drives a consulting partner's incentives and can speak that language credibly

• Structured thinker: You can manage 5–6 relationships at different stages simultaneously and know which levers to pull on each

About Your Employment. Taktile operates through regional entities worldwide. Depending on the location of this role, your employment or engagement will be with Taktile LLC (US), Taktile GmbH (Germany), Taktile Ltd (UK), or Taktile SRL (Romania).
