Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the execution and development of new evidence that supports MR product value propositions, leveraging and building relationships with assigned customer population or region.
- Support ongoing marketing activities that advance commercial strategies, including hosting customer visits, demonstrations and educational events.
- Serve as a resource for global GE HealthCare MR development teams as an expert on customer and clinical trends from your assigned portfolio.
- Maintain visibility of emerging customer and clinical trends and preferences to ensure product marketing strategies remain relevant and state-of-the-art.
- Leverage your MR experience and expert communication, presentation, and collaboration skills when presenting to customers and colleagues.
- Follow applicable GE HealthCare QMS and Compliance procedures while undertaking both Non-Research and Research scanning.
Required Qualifications
- Cumulative 7 years’ hands-on experience with Magnetic Resonance equipment such as MR Technologist, clinical or research staff, product development or clinical sales.
- Demonstrated capability to independently operate an MR scanner and produce images with world-class clinical quality.
- Experience designing, building and delivering clinical, technical and/or commercial materials that influence others’ decisions and thinking.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill developing and building product and scientific marketing strategies that deliver on business priorities.
- Demonstrated and recognized executive presence and ability to deliver information effectively while maintaining commercial integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to educate others in complex topics, including MR technology and product features.
- Advanced knowledge on the clinical use of GE HealthCare MR & Advanced Visualization software and systems, including current knowledge of the operation and theory of use of GE HealthCare systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of diverse customer workflows and practices.
- Familiarity with competitive products.
Desired Characteristics
- Complementary experience in medical sciences and technologies such as neurology, oncology, computed tomography, molecular imaging, image processing, spectroscopy or similar.
- Post-baccalaureate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Physics, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, MR Imaging or related field.
- Experience with GE HealthCare Engineering Product Design Methodology (PRD) and Commercialization (NCA) processes.
- Direct Commercial (Sales) experience in a Medical Imaging setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
- Ability to speak multiple languages with professional and clinical proficiency.
