Role Summary / Purpose
This role covers ASEAN, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, encompassing a broad mix of mature, developed, and high-growth healthcare markets. The Zone President sets the business and commercial strategy aligned with global segments and is accountable for its execution across all commercial activities within the zone. The role leads a large, diverse organization of sales, service, and commercial leaders to drive profitable growth, market share expansion, and strong customer outcomes. This leader is responsible for building and sustaining senior-level relationships with governments, public and private health systems, strategic accounts, channel partners, and key industry stakeholders to shape healthcare delivery and advance GE HealthCare's impact across the region. The role owns the overall positioning of the GE HealthCare portfolio across the zone and works cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions for customers and colleagues.Job Description
- Accountable for overall commercial strategy for the zone to drive strategic and profitable customer relationships to maximize orders and revenue across the entire GE HealthCare product and services portfolio
- Accountable for achieving targets for aggregate orders, revenue and margin, market visibility, base cost control, and accurate and reliable forecast and performance across the entire healthcare portfolio for services and equipment
- Accountable for cash flow and past dues across the full GE HealthCare product portfolio (Equipment and Services)
- Accountable for price and margin on aggregate and large deals, as well as managing large public and private accounts to grow orders funnel and drive profitable growth
- Drive account management and own day-to-day commercial execution for the field
- Enhance business performance and customer experiences by building direct and indirect distribution channels and focusing on high-impact, strategic commercial initiatives
- Drive business results through strong customer relationships with key accounts, executive-level and C-Suite
- Scale commercial approach for care pathways, enterprise solutions, digital, AI-enabled offerings, and service growth in prioritized geographies and customers
- Enable and resource cross-selling across product segments to generate portfolio pull-through
- Represent GE HealthCare externally, communicating on behalf of the company and implementing best practices across the zone
- Promote GE HealthCare thought leadership with external establishments, societies, policy forums, MedTech associations, and healthcare industry bodies
- Manage, support, coach, and develop commercial leaders and teams
- Drive relationships with government agencies at national, regional, and local levels

- BA/BS degree
- Extensive knowledge of GE HealthCare product portfolio with experience in at least two segments and/or prior zone, region, or enterprise commercial leadership experience
- 10+ years of senior-level sales management, product, commercial, and/or general management experience
- Extensive sales, marketing, product, or commercial leadership experience within the healthcare industry
- Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge
- Strong commercial and P&L management experience with significant track record
- Complex project management experience including deal structuring and closure
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues into clear messages
- Willingness and ability to travel within the geography
- Experience engaging customers and closing large, complex, strategic deals
- Experience in channel partner management for indirect business
- Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams across LCTs, countries, cultures, developed and emerging markets, and direct and indirect commercial models
