About the Role
Alfa Laval is looking for a dynamic Global Learning Coordination Team Leader to lead our learning operations. In this role, you will lead a team of ~8 Learning Coordinators to drive operational excellence, deliver impactful learning experiences, and ensure seamless delivery of all global training programs.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Lead & Develop: Empower, coach, and guide a global team of 8 Learning Coordinators while fostering service-oriented mindset and one team culture within the team
Global Learning Programs Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of global learning programs and ensure high-quality execution of programs across regions and formats (virtual, in-person, blended)
Portfolio Ownership: Directly oversee and coordinate one core global learning portfolio
Process Excellence: Partner with the L&D Operations Manager to standardize, automate, and scale learning delivery systems globally
LMS Support: Ensure seamless, first-line platform support for our LMS ecosystem (Docebo) to maximize user satisfaction
Stakeholder Management: Drive transparent communication across HR, content owners, employees and managers to guarantee flawless training execution
Who You Are
Experienced Leader: You bring 5–8 years of experience within Learning & Development, HR operations, or learning administration
People Manager: You have a proven track record of managing teams, ideally in a multinational and global environment
LMS Savvy: You possess hands-on administration proficiency with LMS platforms, with a strong preference for Docebo
Execution-Driven: You combine operational rigor with an excellent user-focused mindset to improve process efficiency and scalability
Excellent Communicator: You effortlessly collaborate with diverse stakeholders, training providers, and corporate divisions.
