DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are in search of talented Scrum Master to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will both facilitate the agile transformation of our organization by coaching the teams to the new ways of working, as well as lead the squads in their ceremonies, remove roadblocks, ensure collaboration between teams, support product owners on sprint plannings.

You will collaborate closely with PMO, Product owners and agile squads, as well as leadership teams, and key business stakeholders to enable the team to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively and incrementally, while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate agile transformation:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to the ERP development team on Scrum roles, ceremonies, and artifacts.

  • Mentor team members in agile practices, encouraging self-organization and accountability.

  • Support other Scrum Masters and teams in adopting agile methodologies effectively.

  • Advocate for necessary changes within the organization to support agile transformation.

Lead scrum ceremonies:

  • Organize and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that Scrum events are conducted effectively, encouraging participation and collaboration.
  • Help the team stay focused on achieving sprint goals and delivering value to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to address dependencies and achieve common goals.
  • Track the progress of sprints and monitor key metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint backlog health.
  • Identify trends and patterns in team performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Provide regular updates on team progress and performance to stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate sprint retrospectives to reflect on team performance and identify areas for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Scrum Master has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • QA CSM (certified scrum master) is a plus

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in leading teams through agile transformations.

  • Experience working with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and development processes would be advantageous.

  • Ability to lead cross functional teams, inspire collaboration and drive consensus among stakeholders with differing priorities.

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and empower teams to self-organize and make decisions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across various departments and regions.

  • Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Some references to some international experience (if possible)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION | What you need to know

Role based either in Spain or Poland:

  • Spain: C. de Arturo Soria, 336, Planta 8, Cdad. Lineal, Madrid
  • Poland : Zawila 61, Krakow
  • Possibility to work remotely several days per week. Occasional travel could be needed.
  • English is a must have, and additional (European) language a plus
  • Working permit allowing to work in Spain or Poland
